Been going out the last few days. Went to my granny's house, Night Safari, swimming at Anchorvale with my cuz and went to a birthday party. At Night Safari, didn't really enjoyed it la. It's like PITCH BLACK when we started exploring the area. I went there with my mum and aunt. When we first reached there about 6.45 pm, there was this really long queue in front of us. We had to wait in line for about 15 minutes before we could go in. Then we went to a "Creatures of the Night" show. And there were some 'false' pretence. Like when they scared everyone when they said there was a Boa Constrictor on loose, It was true la but really got ppl jumping up and down. There was this really cute cat though, the hunting kind. And it surprised me that it actually eats Vegetable. Weird right? Then we got a performance by the amazing otters including our nominee for the Singapore Zoo icon last year (5B 2008), PEDRO THE RECYCLING OTTER!!! He's so cute lor. He actually noes how to recycle. We took a tram around the Safari afterwards. I think it's rather relaxing especially when we drove through the Rainforest. I think some people are hell not considerate. There are signs everywhere telling people to stop flash photography. And there are just some people unwilling to listen. Did you know that after long periods, the animals can actually go blind??? That's the whole idea of NIGHT Safari lol. So I hope those people learrnt their lesson. Yeah I'm a whole conserving-the-nature freak. one and a half more weeks to the reopening of school...wish we had atleast 2 months. Hehehehe...
